Gustavo S. Boldrini

Gustavo Silvestre Boldrini is an experienced litigation attorney with a track record of zealous advocacy through relentless and proactive litigation, always with an eye towards resolution to the best interests of his clients.
Gustavo attended Loyola Law School in downtown Los Angeles where he focused on civil litigation and torts. Prior to joining Riley | Ersoff LLP, Gustavo worked for large defense firms primarily focused on general liability defense, business litigation, and legal malpractice defense, both in state and federal court. That is, Gustavo defended corporations, insurance companies, and lawyers when they were sued. Now with the defense’s playbook in hand, Gustavo has committed to helping everyday people enforce their rights, hold corporations and landlords accountable, and most importantly, get the justice they deserve.

A first-generation Brazilian immigrant, Gustavo moved to the United States at an early age with his mother, seeking what everyone does, a better life and more opportunities – the American dream. Growing up poor most of his childhood Gustavo wanted one thing above all, a voice. Now as an attorney, Gustavo works to ensure that his clients’ rights are protected, so they too are free to pursue a better life. By advocating on their behalf, Gustavo ensures his clients have a voice when corporations and landlords try to silence them.
